The Brooklyn Hip-Hop Festival is New York City’s largest Hip-Hop cultural event that in addition to musical performances, offers a number of activities for its audience, including: panel discussions, exhibitions, parties, an award show and a family-friendly block party. The Festival is more than a concert or outdoor fair. It is a family reunion for lovers of this great culture. The 2016 festival will take place at the Brooklyn Bridge Plaza 11 Water Street, Brooklyn at 1:00PM. Headlining this year’s Festival is none other than legendary Queensbridge MC, Harvard scholar, and entrepreneur Nasir Jones better known as NAS with special guests The Soul Rebels.  Joining Nas is Bed-Stuy’s own Fabolous, the Brooklyn MC who has defied father time himself and remained a force in the industry for almost two decades.  Also on the bill for the Finale Concert are fellow Brooklynite, activist and MC, Talib Kweli and Rapsody, one of Hip-Hop’s hottest wordsmiths and influencers.  They will be joined by Festival house DJ, Rob Swift, hosts Uncle Ralph McDaniels and Torae  #BKHipHopFest #12yearsRunning #HipHopInstitute #DummyClap #BeatsandEats #JuiceHHE @nas @talibkweli @fabolous @rapsody @bkhiphopfest #‎weekend ‪#‎italianice ‪#‎ice ‪#‎ritasny ‪‪#‎newyork ‪#‎newyorkcity ‪#‎manhattan ‪#Brooklynbridgeplaza #‎icecustardandhappiness ‪#festival #musicfestival ‪#‎food ‪#‎fun ‪#‎kids ‪#hiphop ‪#‎hangout ‪#‎music ‪#‎followme ‪#‎follow ‪#‎enjoy ‪‪#‎outdoors ‪#‎outdoor ‪#‎sun #sunny #cool  #warm #beautiful #weekend
